Sonia's Seafood Market & Restaurant: A Hidden Gem in Miami

Besides the festive and down-to-earth vibe of the location, the warm and inviting ambiance makes customers feel welcome. Furthermore, Leidy is an excellent waitress, and she was very attentive to our needs. She provided impeccable service and arranged for the food to be served fresh and hot! I applaud her happy demeanor and positive attitude!

I had a fantastic dining experience at Sonia’s Seafood! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. From start to finish, everything we tried was top-notch. A special shoutout to Kamila for her outstanding service—she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back! Also, live music was great!

What a fun experience at Sonia’s Seafood! Loved our attendant, Anabel! She was absolutely wonderful and very courteous! Her and her coworkers were super friendly and made sure that my family and I had an amazing experience! The food was phenomenal and I’m looking forward to coming back soon!

Has been on my radar for a very long time. A staple in miami for many years. It surely was worth the wait as the meal and views did not disappoint. Fresh seafood made with delicious recipes for a winning combination. Won't wait too long before returning,especially around sunset to appreciate the lake view.

Came to Sonia Seafood Market & Restaurant with my family after finding them online—we were in the mood for fresh seafood and decided to give it a shot. Overall, a great experience. The food came out fast and was delicious. We ordered the calamari, oysters, and seafood skewers, and everything hit the spot. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, with a gentleman playing live music that added a nice touch to the evening. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the parking situation. The lot is very tight, and cars are packed in close together. Fortunately, they have someone outside managing it and keeping an eye on the vehicles, which helped. Other than that, highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area and craving seafood.

This place is a hidden gem. Been here for 44 years and seen it a million times from outside and until someone told me about it never knew. Definitely keys vibe without the drive. Lively great prices and fresh seafood and don’t forget the cockatails. Good happy hour too. Camila is a great and attentive waitress. Check it out for yourself. Love the vibe!!!
